At Media Wall Fire Shop, we aim to make your purchasing experience smooth, secure, and transparent. Please read the information below regarding payment, processing, and delivery of your order.

Payment

All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept secure payment methods at checkout. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–10 working days.

After your order is placed, our team may contact you to confirm an estimated dispatch timeframe. Delivery times can vary depending on the product, as some items are held in stock while others are ordered in or shipped directly from suppliers.

If an item is out of stock or on back order, we will notify you with an estimated lead time. Please note that these are estimated times only and may be subject to change.

Delivery Service

We use trusted courier and pallet networks to deliver all orders safely and efficiently.

  • Smaller items are sent via courier services such as DPD, UPS, FedEx, or similar

  • Larger items, including media wall fires, are delivered via kerbside pallet delivery

You will receive updates and, where available, tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timescales

Once dispatched:

  • Courier deliveries typically take 1–3 working days

  • Pallet deliveries typically take 2–7 working days

Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Pallet Deliveries (Large Items)

Large and bulky items are delivered on a pallet service to the kerbside of your property.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are kerbside only

  • Drivers are not insured to enter your property

  • A signature is required upon delivery

  • Delivery dates will be booked in advance with you

If delivery is missed or cannot be completed, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery to most UK mainland addresses.

Additional charges may apply to certain locations, including:

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Isle of Man

  • Channel Islands

  • Remote UK areas

Any additional costs will be confirmed before dispatch if applicable.

Express Delivery

Where available, an express delivery service may be offered on selected products for an additional fee. This must be arranged directly with our team prior to ordering.

Order Inspection

All items must be checked within 24 hours of delivery.

Any damage, shortages, or issues must be reported within this timeframe so we can resolve them quickly.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for:

  • Installation costs

  • Courier delays

  • Missed delivery appointments

  • Time taken off work

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

We strongly recommend booking installers only after your order has been delivered and checked.
