Returns Policy

At Media Wall Fire Shop, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below carefully to understand how returns are handled.

Returns Window

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in brand new condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Complete with all parts, accessories, and documentation

Please note: Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

All faulty products will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the issue, items will be repaired or replaced in line with warranty terms.

We may request photos or videos to help assess the fault quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee

For all non-faulty returns, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
This fee will be deducted from your refund once the item has been inspected.

No restocking fee will be charged for items confirmed as faulty under warranty.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns on installed items

  • Items must be returned in resaleable condition

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
